Why should a client who is purchasing a small house have to pay the same rate as a client who is purchasing a larger home? One Floor Condominiums - $225

Condominiums and Townhouses - $295

Single Family Homes (less than 1500 sq. ft.) - $295

Single Family Homes (1500 - 2750 sq. ft.) - $340

Single Family Homes (2750 - 4000 sq. ft.) - $385

Homes over 4,000 sq. ft., Multi Family Dwellings - Competitively priced. Please call for a quote.

*All rates subject to applicable taxes.

The following may require an additional fee:

· Houses more than sixty years old

· Out buildings or extra suites

· Inspections outside of our service area

Remember: a typical home inspection fee represents only about one tenth of one percent of the value of your purchase.
